Rich Robinson is a seasoned lifelong sportfisherman who has fished the waters from Baja California, Mexico to Alaska and many places in between. He writes of his angling experiences in Baja California, many of which took place before the East Cape and Cabo San Lucas became popular. He writes of times before the Highway from Tijuana to Cabo was built and times when angling opportunities were uniquely virgin. He also conveys his observations from traveling the world with his late wife Mary. From climbing mountains (Mt. Whitney and Mt. Ranier) to exploring the Galapagos Islands, and the beaches of Normandy, his accounts are crisp and informative. Robinson's travels along the paths of Hemingway, from Key West and Havana to Africa and Ronda, Spain where bullfighting began are particularly interesting.
