The Logline In a near-future Paris, a disgraced detective haunted by a tragic failure must hunt down a bio-mechanical terrorist known as "The Sculptor," who uses neural-hijacking technology to erase the identities of his victims and turn them into a collective, faceless masterpiece. Synopsis: The story begins with a series of "Identity Murders" in Paris, where victims are found alive but with their memories and facial features surgically removed. Elias Thorne , living in self-imposed exile, is pulled back into the force when a victim is found wearing the face of his deceased partner. As Elias and Rossi investigate, they discover that The Sculptor isn't just a serial killer; he is a transhumanist visionary planning a "Great Reset." He intends to use the Eiffel Tower as a massive neural antenna to broadcast a signal that will erase the identities of every citizen in France simultaneously. The hunt takes them from the high-tech laboratories of the Parisian elite to the dark, forgotten catacombs beneath the city. Elias eventually discovers that the Sculptor has hidden a digital copy of himself within Elias’s own brain via a neural-link. To save the city, Elias is forced to retreat to Bunker 77 , a lead-lined dead zone, where he engages in a final psychological and physical battle with the Sculptor's physical "Masterwork" vessel. In the grand finale at the Hotel de Ville , Elias realizes the only way to stop the global broadcast is to act as a lightning rod. He uploads the truth to the world but at the cost of his own mind. The signal saves Paris but leaves Elias a "blank slate"—a man with no memories. The story ends with a bittersweet resolution: Elias is finally at peace, free from his trauma, while the Sculptor remains a shadowed threat in the distance, already planning his next "exhibition."
