(Newburgh Theological Seminary, Indiana), is a senior ordained chaplain with seven years of service through the International Fellowship of Chaplains (I.F.O.C.). She is an ordained minister of Christian Global Outreach Ministries (C.G.O.M.). And a certified member of the Faith Integrity Team (F.I.T.). Ghislaine completed a three-year Bible study program at South Florida Bible Institute (S.F.B.I.) and has been actively engaged in prison ministry in South Florida for over 12 years.In addition to her ministry work, she is a nurse, a licensed cosmetologist, and a real estate associate.
