This gorgeous full-color photographic volume introduces the historic 1838 Greek Revival Joseph H. Seguine House and stables in Prince’s Bay, Staten Island, New York. Seguine made a fortune in oystering, candles, and produce, and as a founder of the Staten Island Railroad he also worked with Cornelius Vanderbilt.
