We started as strangers. Fifteen days later, we'd created memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.
At the end of April 2023, ten travelers from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States set off on an Intrepid tour to explore a country as old as time. Steeped in European and Asian influences, we quickly discovered that Türkiye (Turkey) is one of the most stunning countries in the world. We walked the streets of ancient cities, stayed in small fishing villages on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea, flew in a hot air balloon, and enjoyed delicious food and exotic markets.
This book is a celebration of the friendships we made, the breathtaking scenery we saw, and the people who welcomed us to Türkiye with open arms.
