It is the story of Ashley Morgan Jamison and how she earned the Navy SEAL Triton and became the first woman in American History to earn the right to be called a Navy SEAL. Navy SEAL's are not born that way. They work hard to develop the physical strength to make it happen, and they must have a mindset that allows them to be mentally tough. Ashley is challenged at each stage of her life, but she meets all challenges with a mental toughness that very few possess. This is a story that just doesn't happen overnight.
